The “TREE OF NUMBERS” is a piece of furniture made of Cor-ten steel with a polished stainless steel sheet bottom, which can be used as a picture.
“ALBERO DEI NUMERI” was born from the idea of representing the love for mathematics, as the pillar of everything. The tree has an angular, solid, regular, very geometric shape, and a crown built with numbers, symbols and arithmetic operations; the design is made on a rectangular Cor-ten steel plate, behind which a mirror-polished stainless steel plate is applied. Cor-Ten steel is a very special material that is called material paradox: its main characteristic is its excellent resistance to corrosion by atmospheric agents, which it achieves by spontaneously forming a protective patina that does not change, thus stopping its natural oxidation with time. Every imperfection is considered a value, which guarantees the uniqueness of this handmade piece.
